Help Underprivileged Children
I highly recommend your support of Exodus Israel LTD. This orgaization was founded by Polly Grimes
over thirty years ago. Polly's daughter, Tisha Benatan, operates the outreach from her home in Tiberias, Israel. Tisha explained that she has no office, no staff, and does
not do any fund raising. She and all her workers are volunteers who have covered their own expenses. This makes it possible for her to give 100% of the money that comes in to those in need.
Among other things, Tisha's work includes helping terror victims and providing after school care for underprivileged children. She also provides hot meals and clothes
for these children. As I talked with Tisha, her love and dedication was obvious. This is one of the major organizations that is highly acclaimed by the Israeli government.
Here are several other organizations in Jerusalem that distribute food to poor families: Vision for Israel and the Joseph Storehouse International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (with a clothing distribution center in Jerusalem)
